What countries do you ship to? Which carriers do you use? We deliver worldwide.
In France , we deliver with Colissimo. You can choose between Standard delivery (home delivery) and pick-up point delivery.
For the rest of the world we deliver with DHL.
What are the delivery charges? France and Monaco:
- Home delivery €4.90 (free delivery for purchases over €79).
- Delivery to a relay point €3.90 (free delivery for purchases over €59).

Returns
How do I return an order that doesn't suit me? You have 14 days to return a product that does not suit you and receive a refund.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and accompanied by the corresponding invoice, exclusively by post.
- To make this return, you must complete and send back the return form (FR) by clicking here or the return form (EN version) here .
- Items damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted for return.
- Please note that returns are at the customer's expense. We only cover returns where the order contains an error on our part.
When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received, you will be notified by email. The refund period can vary from 2 to 5 days upon receipt of the package; you will receive an email once the refund has been processed.
Can I return an online order to a store? No, a purchase made on the website cannot be returned in store. You must follow the procedure above.
