We ship worldwide.
In France , we deliver with Colissimo. You have the possibility to choose between the Standard delivery method (at home) and the delivery method to relay points.
To the rest of the world we deliver with DHL.
What are the delivery costs?
France and Monaco:
- Home delivery €4.90 (free delivery for purchases over €79).
- Delivery to a relay point €3.90 (free delivery for purchases over €59).
- Items damaged, harmed, or soiled by the customer will not be taken back.
- Please note that returns are at the customer's expense. We only cover returns where the order contains an error on our part.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received, you will be notified by email of the return. The refund time can vary between 2 to 5 days upon receipt of the package, you will receive an email once the refund has been made.
Can I return an order made on the website to a store?
No, a purchase made on the site cannot be returned to the store. You must follow the procedure above.
