What payment methods are accepted?

Payment for purchases is made:

By PayPal account : You pay online with your PayPal account, without communicating your previously registered bank information, or use your bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

By credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, etc.): You must enter your bank details directly in the area provided for this purpose (entry secured by SSL encryption).

The amount of orders paid by credit card is collected on the day of the order.

If you choose the payment method by credit card and it does not work, we advise you to try the payment by PayPal.

Are my payment details safe?

Your payment and transaction information is processed directly by our payment providers via a secure encryption system that meets strict banking standards.

Your credit card data is sent directly to the bank, which is the only one able to read or consult it.

What are the delivery times ?

Your order is dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order and will take a maximum of 48 hours to arrive at the delivery address provided in Metropolitan France.

I haven't received a tracking number yet. Is this normal?

For most of our orders, you will receive a tracking number by email within 1 to 2 working days after sending it.

However, there are a few situations where you will not receive your tracking number right away:

  • If your order contains a pre-order product that is not yet available, you will not receive a tracking number until all of the products in your order are available.
  • If your order contains a personalized or customized product, your tracking number will be communicated to you within 3 to 5 working days after the dispatch of your order.

 

If you think you should have received your tracking number, please do not hesitate to contact our support. Don't forget to check your junk folder anyway, just in case it's there.

My package arrived damaged, what should I do?

Although we do our best to ensure that packages arrive in good condition, sometimes this is not the case and we apologize for this. It depends on many factors that unfortunately we cannot always control.

When you receive this package, we advise you to take photos before opening it, as well as photos of the damaged packaging.

Then feel free to open the products and see if they are in good condition or not. Even if the packaging is damaged, it is possible that it still protected the products and that the latter are still in their original condition.

If it is a screen protector, you can install it on your device to check if it is still usable.

After doing this, we advise you to contact us anyway so that we can provide feedback to the carrier. Include photos taken so we can better understand the situation.

If one of the products is no longer usable or not in perfect condition, we will send you a new new product as soon as possible.

What is your return policy ?

You have the right to return one or more products for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

For your return to be approved, the following criteria must be met:

  • The product must be in the same condition as when received.
  • Product must be in original packaging with tags and protective stickers intact.
  • Product must not be custom made with monogramming or personalization

The return of the product is done without penalty, with the exception of the return costs remaining the responsibility of the buyer.

I still haven't received my refund, how long does it take?

Once we issue it, the refund takes 1-5 business days. Funds will be automatically refunded to the account the payment was made from.

If you have returned your order to us and are awaiting a refund, you should first receive an email confirming this return. If you have not received this email and returned your order more than 14 days ago, we invite you to contact us to follow its progress.
